Locally raised, hormone and antibiotic free. Finished on corn, spent distillery grain, and alfalfa hay.
Quarter Beef
$10.5 per pound
Beef is sold as a quarter or half beef. Pricing is for finished weight, (meaning the meat back to the customer) and includes processing, packaging, and free local delivery. When you order a quarter of beef, it will come with standardized cuts, meaning you will get a little of everything. A quarter of beef comes in around 100-125lbs of finished meat. There is a $100 deposit on a quarter. Please call or email to book your quarter beef.
Half Beef
$10 per pound
Beef is sold as a quarter or half beef. Pricing is for finished weight, (meaning the meat back to the customer) and includes processing, packaging, and free local delivery. When you order a half beef, you will be able to customize all your cuts. A half of beef comes in around 200-250lbs of finished meat. There is a $200 deposit on a half. Please call or email to book your half beef.
